She means.... well, here's an example...
If you were to think of the saying "It's raining cats and dogs" the Astral Plane will project it and actually rain cats and dogs... Whatever you think, it could be taken literally or just as you thought... it varies... that's why you have to be careful! Only Lady Kinomi, Selene and Saru have mastered "Thought Control" that allows them to manipulate the the Astral Plane to their liking... mortals such as yourself have a tougher time learning how to do so....
